H61-150 Heat-Resistant Anticorrosive Coatings (Primer/Topcoat, 2K)

Component:

Phenolic modified epoxy resin, heat-resistant anticorrosive pigments/fillers, additives, curing agents, and solvents, etc. Two-component (A and B) package for primer/topcoat 

 

Application:

Long-distance pipeline for heat/gas transmission 

 

Properties:

Good adhesion and flexibility, quick drying, good workability, excellent resistant to boiling water, heat ageing, acid, basic and salt, good heat resistance enabling long service under 150℃ condition, two-component package, component B is general curing agent for primer/topcoat.

Coating Method: High-pressure airless spray, hand brushing, roll coating

Diluent/Dilution Ratio: Primer: diluent only for H61-150 primer    

Topcoat: diluent only for H61-150 topcoat, <5%

Coating Interval: 25℃, Min. 24 h, Max.7 d

Surface Treatment: Sand blasting must be made on surface of steel till qualified to Sa 2.5 Standard of Sweden.

Recommended Layers: 1 layer of high-pressure airless spray, 50μm DFT; Followed by 2 layers of topcoat, 80~100μm  DFT
