Component:
Using chlorosulphonated polyethylene rubber as base, adding synthetic resin, pigment, filler, additive, organic solvent, curing agent, etc. Two-component (A and B) package, and aluminum topcoat is three-component (A, B and C) package.

Application:
Anticorrosion topcoat of industrial buildings, concrete walls, steel structures, chemical tube wires, channel cans and equipments eroded by chemical gas; inside and outside of granulators towers of urea and ammonium nitrate, walls and floors of packing houses; corrosion prevention of harbors, docks, dams, polluted water pot and neutralizing pot; equipments of petroleum and chemical system, surface of oil can; oil pipeline and tank.

Properties:
Excellent resistance to ageing, salt fog, acid, base and salt, chemical air, water, oil, heat and cold, good property of physical mechanism, good adhesion, flexibility, quick drying, antic-cracking and wearability, suitable for construction in low temperature.

Coating Method: High-Pressure airless spray, hand brushing, roll coating. When use hand brushing, brush slightly and repeated brushing is not good.

Diluent/Dilution Ratio: 102 Chlorosulphonated polyethylene coatings diluent, <5%

Coating Interval: Max. 1 month

Recommended Layers: 2 layers (high-pressure airless spray) or 3 layers (hand brushing or roll coating), 50~70μm DFT.

Pre-Coat Accessory Coatings: J53-81 chlorosulphonated polyethylene MIO anticorrosion paint, H53-8 epoxy red lead anticorrosion paint.
