Corrosion prevention of pipeline for stream and chemical transmission, and steel structures under 160℃ condition.

Good corrosion prevention, adhesion and flexibility, excellent resistant to chemicals, abrasion and insulating, resistant to 160℃, air curing, having good binding force with inorganic zinc rich primer.

Surface Treatment: Surface of steel should be out of grease, floating dust or water trace. Impact cleaning or sand blasting of steel surface till qualified Sa2.5, or hand cleaning and kinetic machine derusting till to St3 Standard of Sweden.

Recommended Layers: 2 layer of high-pressure airless spray, followed by 2 layers of topcoat, 120μm DFT
