Component:
Component A: hydroxyl acrylic resin as binder, pigment, additive, etc. Component B: HDI allophanamide.


Application:
Anticorrosive topcoat of marine, bridge and steel structures.

Good physical and mechanical property, adhesion, hardness, excellent anticorrosion, gloss retention and color retention, resistant to humidity, heat, salt fog and weather.

Coating Method: High-pressure airless spray, hand brushing, roll coating. 

Diluent/Dilution Ratio: 105 acrylic polyurethane coatings diluent, <5%

Coating Interval: 0℃, Min. 3 h, Max. 48 h; 25℃, Min. 2 h, Max. 24 h; 35℃, Min. 1 h,  Max. 24 h.

Surface Treatment: If the pre-paint is stained, the grease and dust should be removed, which could also be scrubbed away by diluent of this paint.

Pre-Coat Accessory Coatings: H-06 epoxy zinc rich primer, H53-6 epoxy MIO anticorrosion paint, S53-85 polyurethane MIO inter-paint.
