Component:

Two-component (A and B) coatings made from epoxy resin, MIO, plasticity agent for antirust pigment, and curing agent.


Application:

Anti-corrosion primer, semi-paint for anticorrosion coating, increasing the properties of sealing and anticorrosion used with epoxy zinc rich primer.


Properties:

Excellent properties of sealing and adhesion on zinc rich primer and zinc coating, hard film, resistance to wear, keeping impact resistance and elasticity for a long-term, good durability, good ply adhesion with post-coat paint.

Diluent/ Dilution Ratio: Diluent for 102 epoxy resin coatings, <5%

Surface Treatment: Sand blasting must be made on surface of steel till qualified to Sa 2.5 or hand rust removing till qualified to St 3.

Pre-Coat Accessory Coatings: Zinc rich primer and epoxy iron red antirust paint, etc.

Post-Coat Accessory Coatings: Top coat of epoxy, epoxy asphalt, chlorinated rubber, polyurethane and acrylic acid, etc.
