Surface Treatment: No rust, dust, oil, and water on surface of steel. Generally, surface of steel can be allowed a little rust but without flexible peel of oxide, special rust removing must be qualified to Sa 2.5 or hand rust removing till qualified to St 3.

Post-Coat Accessory Coatings: Top coat of epoxy, chlorinated rubber, polyurethane and acrylic acid, etc.
