Coating Method: High-Pressure airless spray, hand brushing, roll coating. When using hand-brushing, brush slightly and repeated brushing is not good.

Diluent/Dilution Ratio: Chlorosulphonated polyethylene coatings diluent, <5%

Surface Treatment: Sand blasting till qualified Sa 2.5 or hand cleaning till to St 3 Standard of Sweden. Secondary derusting must be made on the shop primer coated surface till qualified to St 3 Standard of Sweden.

Pre-Coat Accessory Coatings: Chorosulphonated polyethylene antirust paint, inorganic zinc and epoxy resin shop primer. It also could be coated directly on the steel with Sa 2.5.

Post-Coat Accessory Coatings: chlorosulphonated polyethylene topcoat.

Coating Interval: 23 ℃, Min. 24 h,  Max. 7 d
