Application:
Anticorrosion primer of industrial buildings, concrete walls, steel structures, chemical tube wires, channel cans and equipments eroded by chemical gas; inside and outside of granulators towers of urea and ammonium nitrate, walls and floors of packing houses; corrosion prevention of harbors, docks, dams, polluted water pot and neutralizing pot; equipments of petroleum and chemical system, surface of oil can; oil pipeline and tank.

Excellent anticorrosion, flexibility, adhesion, fast drying, low temperature application, easy application, good barrier property and base linkage.

Coating Method: High-Pressure airless spray, hand brushing, roll coating. When use hand brushing, brush slightly and repeated brushing is not good.

Diluent/Dilution Ratio: Chlorosulphonated polyethylene coatings diluent, <5%

Surface Treatment: Sand blasting till qualified Sa 2.5 or hand cleaning till to St 3 Standard of Sweden. Secondary derusting must be made on the shop primer coated surface till qualified to St 3 Standard of Sweden.

Pre-Coat Accessory Coatings: Inorganic zinc and epoxy resin shop primer. It also could be coated directly on the steel with Sa 2.5.

Post-Coat Accessory Coatings: Chlorosulphonated polyethylene inter-coat or chlorosulphonated polyethylene topcoat.

Coating Interval: 23 ℃, min. 24 h, max. 7 d
