Component:
Composed by pre-polymer containing hydroxyl resin and polyisocyanate, pigment, filler, platicizer, catalyst, additive, solvent, etc. Two-component (A and B) package.


Application:
Inter-coat of anticorrosion layer, increasing blocking and corrosion prevention.


Properties:
Excellent barrier property, and anticorrosion, fast drying, oil resistant, good interlayer adhesion between primer and topcoat.

Coating Method: High-pressure airless spray, hand brushing, roll coating. 

Diluent/Dilution Ratio: 105 polyurethane coatings diluent, <5%

Coating Interval: 0℃, Min. 4 h,  Max. 3 d; 25℃, Min. 2 h, Max.2 d; 35℃, Min. 1 h,  Max. 36 h.

Surface Treatment: Impact cleaning or sand blasting of steel surface till qualified Sa 2.5, or hand cleaning and kinetic machine de-rusting till to St 3 Standard of Sweden. 

Recommended Layers: One layer by high-pressure spray or two layers by hand brushing, 60~80μm DFT

Pre-Coat Accessory Coatings: S53-81 polyurethane iron red antirust paint, E06 inorganic zinc rich primer, H06 epoxy zinc rich primer.

Post-Coat Accessory Coatings: S52 polyurethane topcoat.
