Component:

This product is prepared by HDI biuret and hydroxyl fluorocarbon coatings. It belongs to 2K air crosslinking curing self-drying coatings, used for decoration and protection of metal and high-grade business buildings, as well as corrosion prevention of chemical establishment and machine. It is one of the best coatings that have excellent performances. 

Application:

1. Let down: This primer is 2K package, so it should be stirred uniformly before usage, and estimate dosage according to application area. Prepare by the ratio of paint: curing agent=17:1 (proportion of weight), blend and set for 10~20 min. Brush after bubbles disappeared. If viscosity is too high, the specialty diluent produced by our company could be used.

2. Before using this primer, the coated surface should be treated. Concrete wall should be dry, no oil and no floating dust. The new wall should be settled for more than 1 month until the percentage of moisture less than 10% and pH < 10.

3. If the wall is not smooth, exterior elastic putty (or the putty prepared by architectural glue and white cement) could be used to calk. Rub to smooth after drying and remove floating dust.

4. 1 layer by high-penetrating blocking primer, followed by 1~2 layers of fluorocarbon coatings specialty primer..

5. 2 layer of this product should be coated. Theoretical Dosage: 0.25~0.3 kg/m2

Properties:

1. Air self-drying, excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance and stain resistance.

2. Exterior durability reaches more than 10 years.

3. Excellent resistance to water, oil, chemicals, heat and humidity, salt fog and outdoor deterioration.

Notice:

1. During application, this product can not contact with water, oil, acid or base. This product is oil coatings, which could not blend with other latex paints. Not apply in rainy or snowy days. No fire in applying field.

2. The same color of different batches could be different. If you have special requirement, please notice our company in advance.

3. This kind of coatings should be used within 4 h as soon as preparation, preventing raise of viscosity or scrap of gel.

4. Applying tools and containers should be cleaned by special diluent in time.

5. Since date of production, the storage of this product is one year if stored properly. If out of storage date but tested qualified, it could also be used.
