Surface Treatment: Sand blasting must be made on surface till qualified to Sa 2.5 or hand rust removing till qualified to St3, secondary rust removing must be made on surface of shop primer till qualified to St3 

Recommended Layers: 1~2 layers for primer and 2 layers for topcoat of high-pressure airless spray, 300~400 μm DFT (Total)

Pre-Coat Accessory Coatings: Inorganic zinc shop primer and epoxy zinc rich shop primer, etc. coating directly on surface of steel which rust removing qualified to Sa 2.5.
