S54-31 Polyurethane Antistatic Coatings for Tank Inside

Component:
Hydroxyl resin, isocyanate adduct, conductive pigment/filler, additive, antistatic agent, solvent etc. Two-composite (A and B) package. 


Application:

Corrosion prevention of inside of oil tank, cabin and pipeline. 


Properties:

The film has good resistance to various oil (crude oil, 95/130 aero-gasoline, aero-coal oil, 40# machine, 120# gasoline, coal oil, diesel oil, benzene, etc.) and has no influence on quality of oil (glue 7 mg/100 mg). It is conductive, which could prevent accident resulted by accumulation of static during transportation. It doesn’t need primer, replaced by 3 layers of this paint, with WFT of 150μm. The electric resistivity of the film is less than 105 Ω.cm.

Surface Treatment: Impact cleaning or sand blasting of steel surface till qualified Sa 2.5, with roughness of 40~70μm
